This is truly poignant. You've really brought out the dejectedness of this scene with the sketching and sparse use of colour.

I love this. It really portrays the abscence of something important.

This is excellent! Sketches this rough aren't always to my taste, believe it or not, but a lot of your art incorporates this strange twist to the picture. I don't know whether you've seen the graphic novel of the Vegas CSI series, but some of the artwork is like this - very dark, very sketchy and gives you a sense of uneasiness.
I love the sense of isolation in this piece, that subtle sense of balance, the shading, and the use of black and red. I'm going through an obsession with writing about black and red and white right now. This is one of those scenes that fit those colours really well - and vice versa. And you know...This kind of lonely scene really fits H as well
